Essential Mentoring Support

This tier supports the full participation of girls or young women in all three of our mentoring cohorts, ensuring they gain the necessary skills, guidance, and support to be successful.

Includes:

• Mentoring Program Enrollment: Participants gain access to one of our two core age-based mentoring programs designed to provide comprehensive mentorship in key areas of personal and professional development.

• Program Materials: Books, supplies, and online resources essential for the mentoring programs.

• Mentoring Sessions: Access to regular, personalized, one-on-one and group mentoring sessions targeted to foster individual growth and group learning.

Monthly Workshops: Interactive sessions focused on personal and professional growth, including topics such as leadership, career planning, and self-confidence.
