Comprehensive Family Support

This tier provides the full range of support needed to ensure our participants and their families are fully supported, creating a holistic approach to mentorship and family well-being.

Includes Everything in Tiers 1 and 2 Plus:
Family Stipends: Financial support for mothers and caregivers to alleviate the economic burden on families, enabling them to better support their daughters’ participation in the program.
Capacity Building: Providing support for Focus Fairies’ operational and growth initiatives. This allows us to hire specialists in mental health, education, and career counseling that provide expert support to our program participants and enhance program effectiveness.
Family Engagement Activities: Workshops and support groups for parents and caregivers to foster a supportive community and provide them with tools and resources to aid their daughters’ development.
