The Next Evolution
Girls don't age out of needing sisterhood.
F.L.Y. is designed for young women ready to translate self-awareness and leadership into education, employment, entrepreneurship and community impact. Participants remain connected to an alumni sisterhood while gaining practical exposure and professional relationships.
It is the final stage of a continuum that begins at age seven — the same girls, the same community, now preparing to lead.

F.L.Y. is intentionally small. Each cohort brings together young women who came up through Focus Fairies with young women joining us from the community for the first time — because leadership is learned in both directions.
